Nothing Goes Down

Monitoring before production stops

We understand your environment.

  • Equipment that fails in heat, dust, and vibration
  • Metal buildings that block wireless signals
  • Cable runs through spaces that hit 110 degrees
  • PLCs and SCADA that can't share segments with general IT
  • Forklifts, roll-up doors, and access control that takes a beating
  • Connectivity gaps between buildings and across large properties
  • Unlicensed RF interference from WISPs in rural areas
  • Nothing can go down during a production run

What we handle.

  • Network infrastructure for large footprints
  • Isolated segments for PLCs and SCADA
  • Licensed point-to-point wireless links
  • Industrial-grade switches and enclosures
  • Camera coverage for loading docks and production lines
  • Access control on roll-up doors and secure areas
  • Equipment rated for temperature extremes
  • 24/7 monitoring and management

Where we add value.

  • We've worked in manufacturing facilities across the Central Coast
  • We know what equipment survives the environment and what doesn't
  • One team manages network, security, and communications
  • Problems caught before they affect production
  • Planning that accounts for growth and equipment cycles
  • No finger-pointing when something goes wrong
Let's look at your facility.

Common questions.

We spec for the actual environment — not a standard office. Switches go in appropriate enclosures. Cameras are outdoor-rated where needed. Wireless access points are selected for metal buildings that absorb RF signals. On the Central Coast, that also means equipment rated for summer highs above 100 degrees in north county facilities and cold winter nights. We design for the environment you actually have.

Not if it's designed correctly. Production equipment, PLCs, and SCADA systems should run on isolated network segments — separated from general IT traffic. We design network segmentation as part of the architecture, not as an afterthought.

With licensed point-to-point wireless links or fiber, depending on the distances and what's practical to trench. Licensed links deliver fiber-like performance without the interference that comes with unlicensed spectrum — which matters on properties where WISPs and other RF sources compete for the same airspace.

We monitor your network around the clock. Most issues get caught before they affect production. When something does require attention, you call one number and reach someone who knows your environment. We also design for redundancy where the business case supports it.

It depends on the size of the facility, the number of locations, and what the environment requires. We assess what you have first and scope the project from there. We'll give you a clear picture of what it costs before any work starts.

One team. No finger-pointing. One number to call.

Your floor doesn't stop. Your network can't either.
