Your business relies on your network 24x7.
Until it can't.
Most businesses find out they have a problem after it's already cost them. We find it first.
Let's TalkYou already know what bad service looks like.
You've been there. The call that doesn't get returned. The problem fixed on Tuesday comes back on Thursday. The project that stalls because nobody owns it.
You deserve better than that.
The businesses that work with Lattis have made a decision — they want a team that shows up, knows their environment, and stays involved. Not just when something breaks. All the time.
We start with the network. Everything else builds on it.
The network is the foundation every other system in your business depends on. Cameras, phones, access control, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, workstations, printers, servers, cloud access — none of it works reliably without the foundation underneath it being right.
We design that foundation first. Security, communications, and day-to-day technology support are built on top of it — on purpose, from the start, by the same team. When something goes wrong, there's no finger-pointing between vendors. One team owns the whole stack and knows exactly how it was built.
That's not how most technology projects get put together. It's how every Lattis job gets done.
Managed IT & Networks
Cisco and Meraki networks, designed and managed. Monitoring, maintenance, and support — not just when things break.
Cybersecurity
Real security posture, not a checkbox. Layered defense across your endpoints, identity, email, and network — managed as a system.
Physical Security
Axis cameras, access control, intercoms. Integrated with your network, not bolted on beside it.
Unified Communications
GoToConnect for modern cloud phone systems. Migration, setup, and ongoing management handled. Still on Avaya? We support that too.
Fiber Optics
Cat6 tops out at 328 feet. Fiber is what large facilities, multi-building campuses, and long runs actually need. We design, terminate, and certify fiber optic installations in the field.
Technology Strategy
Planning that ties technology spending to business outcomes. Budgets, timelines, and a roadmap you can actually follow.
We're not for everyone.
Start with the full picture.
Before we recommend anything, we assess what you have. Some of it is urgent. Some can wait. All of it matters before a dollar gets spent.
A plan around your budget.
There's almost always a path that protects the business without doing everything at once. The goal is a plan you execute over time — not a proposal that maximizes the first invoice.
Protection is non-negotiable.
Your business, your employees, your customers — all exposed when equipment fails, a tech makes the wrong call, or a cyberattack finds the gap. That exposure has a cost. We make sure it stays manageable.
Good technology decisions start with a complete picture. Before we recommend anything, we assess what you have — network, security, communications, cabling, and where the gaps are. Some of it is urgent. Some can wait. All of it matters before a dollar gets spent.

What we won't compromise on is protection. Your business, your employees, your customers — all of them are exposed when equipment fails, when an inexperienced tech makes the wrong call, or when a cyberattack finds the gap nobody knew was there. We've been doing this work on the Central Coast for 26 years. We know what holds up. We'll tell you before the work starts.
If you're evaluating on price alone, we're probably not the right fit. If you're evaluating on what your business actually needs — let's talk.
Here's what working with us looks like.
We assess what you have.
Network, security, communications — we look at all of it. No sales pitch. Just a straight read on where things stand.
We design what you need.
A plan built around your operations, your budget, and your timeline.
We build and manage it.
Implementation, migration, and ongoing management. One team, one number to call.
Common questions.
We work best with businesses between 10 and 200 employees that have real technology needs — multiple locations, operational technology, or environments where downtime has a real cost. If your network is something you think about once a year when something breaks, we're probably more than you need. If it's something that runs your business every day, we're worth a conversation.
Depends on what they do and how well it's working. Some clients come to us because their current vendor handles desktops but doesn't touch physical security or voice. Others come because something went wrong and nobody could explain why. We'll give you a straight read on what you have and where the gaps are. If your current setup is working, we'll say so.
Not necessarily. We work with what's there when it makes sense. When something is end-of-life, undersized, or creating problems, we'll tell you why and what we'd recommend instead. We don't manufacture replacement cycles to generate projects.
Managed services engagements are scoped based on your environment — number of locations, devices, users, and services included. We don't publish a price list because the right answer depends on what you actually need. The first conversation is free and there's no obligation. If the numbers don't work for either of us, we'll say so early.
We work with manufacturers, agricultural operations, wineries, professional services firms, and private estates across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. These aren't industries we targeted — they're the businesses that are here. We've been working with them for over two decades.
A conversation. You tell us what you've got, what's working, and what isn't. We tell you what we think. No pitch deck, no pressure, no obligation. Most of our client relationships started exactly that way.
Let's start with a conversation.
No pitch deck. No pressure. Most of our client relationships started with a single conversation.
